Dairy Cove in Cecil

Always a classic place to stop. Stopped the other day when it was not a weekend during peak season. Was crazy how quick I got my flurry- obviously. Nothing against them, they just have an excellent and iconic product!Cannot say enough nice things about Dairy Cove. Only negative is that when it comes time they are closed for the season, it means summer is gone....ugggghhh

Plenty of ice cream places around Shawano, but this is my favorite. Love the ice cream choices ! They also serve burgers, fries, cheese curds and other food choices . Soda , shakes and malts.

A must stop headed up north or home after. The ice cream tastes amazing and huge cones are huge. I got a medium and it felt like a quart of soft serve, but that didn't stop me from tackling the whole delicious thing. Can be crowded (because it's great) but the line moves pretty quick (because they are great).

Great place, very friendly staff. Great selection of ice cream and to my delightful surprise they have flavor burst ice cream. Same as McDonalds use to have years ago. First time there but, wont be my last. 😁😍🍦🍦🍦

Expensive especially for the amount of ice cream.Also takes forever to get food. We paid $20 for 4 people to get ice cream . At the Dairy Barn in Lena, we fed 5 people ice cream for $11. The amount of ice cream Given at Dairy Cove was a quarter of what the Dairy Barn gave.

Dairy Cove had a great variety of ice cream to choose from which is great for a big family like ours with so many different tastes! They also had a nice grassy area with tables and a giant chair to sit at while we ate.

Great ice cream place. They even have some good frozen yogurt.

They got good cheese curds but a few times my corn dogs were still froze. I probably should have ordered Ice cream because it's good and they hook you up

Plan on getting ice cream at least 1 hour before you get there! On a weekend in the summer, you will be waiting in line and there is a good reason for this. The menu is top notch and the LARGE ice cream is something you will NEVER finish before you get back to the car :)Great prices, excellent options and the service is fast!

Usually stop for ice cream on the way back to reality. Good food prices are a bit much.

Love love love this place. Only open in the summer but its the best place to get a ice cream cone in the area. Also love rhat they have a flavor of the week, last week it was pistachio so i got that with the nut crunch in a waffle cone and it was the best ice cream I ever had!!

We love stoping at The Dairy Cove. It is a wonderful place to grab ice cream or food when your headed up north. The cheese curds, and flavor burst icecream are amazing; the small town feel brings everything together!

Really yummy ice cream at this cute place. I remember coming here as a child for a special treat. Definitely a family place - good for all ages. They are known for their ice cream, but they also serve food like burgers and fries.As long as you order something on the menu, you will have a good experience. I tried ordering cookie dough with my hot fudge sundae once and they forgot about my order... I had to wait 20 extra minutes for them to make it (not sure why because it wasn't a challenging order at ALL) and during that time, they made it incorrectly with pecans even though I clearly stated "cookie dough" three times. They weren't nice about it either (I think the workers were snobby high school girls), so that was really disappointing. We always visit Dairy Cove on our way home from Up North! Always wonderful service and they have fantastic options. There's a treat for everyone when you visit!

This place is great and they have the best ice cream.It has been there for a long time and people stop all the time. The place was packed but it did not take long to get your order. It is a must in the summer.

Ice cream was great for a summer day, and I love their hot fudge - adding marshmallow was just, well, gravy.

They have the biggest Icecream cones I've ever seen very tasty my children love the cheese curds. we have been coming here since my daughter was around 2 years old and is going to be 23 this July. Will keep going back every year when were on Vacation.

Great food, but horrible service. In my three years of going here, I have never had worse service than tonight and recently. I stood at the window for (literally) five minutes as the workers noticed me, and ignored me. I was the only one there, and it was around 8:30. If you're looking for quality workers that will actually serve you, don't go here.
